Mag. Franz Berger, MBA

Franz Berger is a member of the Board of Directors of FS+P. 

In his previous professional career, he was responsible for finance and IT at international companies in the food, pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. In addition to finance and IT, his areas of responsibility also included treasury, risk management, compliance and data protection.

Mr Berger is a lecturer (kurse.li, Foundation for Professional Development; Board of Directors in SMEs)
and as co-author (Finanzielle Führung von Familienunternehmen; Springer Gabler Wiesbaden).

Mr Berger holds a Master of Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration and an Executive MBA from California State University and has also successfully completed the certificate course in Corporate Governance at the Swiss Board School in cooperation with the University of St. Gallen.

Many years of experience in international management positions in finance and IT, performance management and Tax and Financial Law, Transfer Pricing, Compliance, Risk Management and Treasury
